Christmas Stocking Filler Guide: Day 3 – Cranes Christmas Liqueur

Day 3 on my 12 days of Christmas stocking gift ideas belongs to Cranes and their Cranberry and Blood Orange Liqueur. I brought this home with me a few weekends ago so I could test out and try some of the cocktails recommended by cranes which all use this amazing fruity liqueur to create some super tasty cocktails. I’m definitely going to be trying some of these out again over Christmas with the liqueur that I have left over! My parents also loved this stuff and were so glad I’d brought it back to try with them.

Christmas has arrived in London: Winter Wonderland Hyde Park

It’s that magical time of year again when everyone begins to get more festive and it’s acceptable to drink mulled wine. You must know what that means? Obviously it means that Hyde park is taken over by bright lights and the smell of roasted chestnuts fills the air. Yes, Winter Wonderland opens its doors for the 11th year today…

Autumn Cocktails at Shoryu Ramen

Have you ever been to Shoryu Ramen? If not then what are you waiting for?

They’ve just unveiled a range of Autumn cocktails for 2017 and I was invited to their Denman street restaurant for an evening of cocktail tasting and food pairings. It was glorious. Where to Eat in London: My Bucket List

There’s nothing better in life than going out for some seriously good grub. It’s a chance to dress up and relax and catch up with friends or family whilst treating yourself to something special that you wouldn’t necessarily eat on a daily basis. Saying this, whilst I love trying out a new place to dine I always seem to pick somewhere easy or cheap unless it’s a special occasion. I’d love to change this and try out some new places without feeling to guilty about my bank balance and so i’ve made a Bucket list of the places I can’t wait to try and will hopefully be able to work my way through soon enough!

Classic French Dining in Covent Garden

You can’t beat going out for a nice dinner. No washing up and no hard work, not to mention being able to indulge in dishes that completely surpass your own culinary skills (which in my case is pretty much everything because I can’t cook to save my life). Here’s how I found my recent trip to the charming Boulevard Brasserie in Covent Garden.
After hours of trawling through various restaurant websites, my friend (Laura) and I decided to book a table at Boulevard Brasserie (Laura had been a few times and had nothing but praise so she was more than happy to return with me.)
