A night to remember at The London Cabaret Club

Dine. Dance. Dare.

Everyone’s heard of cabaret, and although it can often come across as cheesy if not executed probably, this is far from the case of The London Cabaret Club located close to Holborn in the beautiful ballroom at Victoria house. We headed down at the weekend to see their latest venture, London Never Dies and it really was a great night, it’s great to experience something completely different from your usual Saturday night out in the centre of the city. And what’s more, with Valentine’s Day coming up they’re putting on a romantic version of the show called Love Never Dies!

I’m sure you’ve heard of In The Style by now. But just in case you haven’t, it’s a great online clothing company which has gone from strength to strength since it was launched by Adam Frisby in 2013. The brand is known for it’s collaborations with various well recognised reality tv stars and this Valentine’s Day these collaborations have teamed up to create the 2018 Valentine’s collection – Totes Over It, in which the 5 leading ladies show is what we really want for Valentine’s instead of chocolates and roses!

Eggsploring at Creme Egg Camp!

I LOVE CREME EGGS. There, I said it. I look forward to them all winter long (although they seem to be appearing earlier and earlier each year now). So I was over the moon to attend the new creme egg pop up which opens today in Shoreditch! It’s called the Creme Egg Camp and it’s here to help you celebrate ‘Creme Egg hunting season’ and hopefully give you more of a chance of finding one of the extremely rare white chocolate eggs!

London Fun: Nomad Cinema

Are you looking for cute ideas of how to spend a couple of hours in London? Well, Look no further. Last weekend I attended a screening of ELf the Nomad Cinema in Leadenhall Market, which made me feel super festive (and a little bit tingly from the cold), it definitely got me and the rest of the audience into the Christmas mood whilst donating all of its proceeds to charity!

Christmas has arrived in London: Winter Wonderland Hyde Park

It’s that magical time of year again when everyone begins to get more festive and it’s acceptable to drink mulled wine. You must know what that means? Obviously it means that Hyde park is taken over by bright lights and the smell of roasted chestnuts fills the air. Yes, Winter Wonderland opens its doors for the 11th year today…

A VIP day at the football with Grosvenor Casinos

At the weekend, Grosvenor Casinos treated me to a trip to Craven Cottage to watch Fulham FC take on Preston North End in their twelfth championship game of the season. I’ve been to quite a few football matches in my time as my dad and brother are football mad, but this one was definitely the best day I’ve experienced as a whole. From as soon as we arrived we were treated like VIPs and really enjoyed the entire day…

Friday Night Dating with Social Concierge

Surely everyone’s either heard of or had a go at Tinder or Bumble, mindlessly swiping through the photos that unsuspecting ‘matches’ want you to see in order to present themselves to their suitors in the best possible light. Or organising a date with someone you’ve only seen the torso of because the image got cropped funny, only for them to turn up looking somewhat like a farmyard animal with a perm. No? Okay, just me then.

So when Social Concierge invited me to join them at one of their dating events I thought it’d be a great way of meeting people the good old-fashioned way, in person. After all, I had nothing to lose…

Goodbye Christopher Robin – World Premiere

Last night I walked the red carpet in Leicester Square for the World Premiere of Simon Curtis’ new film Goodbye Christopher Robin. The film stars the phenomenal Domhnall Gleeson & Margot Robbie and depicts the story of possibly the most famous of children’s books, Winnie The Pooh. The film reveals the true sadness behind the stories that bought so much happiness to the world…

The one where we went to FriendsFest

Since it first hit our screens in September 1994 (I was almost 2 years old), Friends has become one of the most popular television shows of all time. Sadly, all good things must come to an end, in May 2004 and after 236 hilarious episodes, the final one was watched by millions of people all over the world (65.9 million to be exact). We thought it was all over, but now there’s a way to relive the days of Friends…and it’s travelling all over the UK right now!…
